Advanced Eyecare Associates Welcome Dr. Adam Breunig, M.D.
Dr. Breunig is excited to join Advanced Eyecare Associates. He comes to us from Chicago, where he spent four years in private practice providing patients with glaucoma and cataract treatment, along with comprehensive eye care. He is originally from Madison, Wisconsin, where he completed his undergraduate and medical degrees at the University of Wisconsin. He completed a transitional residency at Gundersen Lutheran hospital and an ophthalmology residency at the University of Minnesota. He then completed a glaucoma fellowship at Northwestern University in Chicago. Dr. Breunig has presented posters at the American Glaucoma Society meeting and co-authored book and journal articles related to glaucoma.
Dr. Breunig lives in Lakeland, where he enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 year-old son.
